Is there a free trial?
Yes. Our Free tier allows for up to 1,000 photos with no time limit. You also receive 100 audit credits in total to fully test the AI's precision. If you need more, you can buy one-time top-ups or upgrade your plan in the Billing Dashboard. No credit card is ever required to initialize your account.
What happens if I exceed my photo limit?
For paid tiers, our generous quotas mean you will likely never exceed them during normal operations. On the Free tier, if the 1,000 photo limit is reached, your property evidence is still securely saved but will be locked (viewing and downloading disabled) until an upgrade is initiated via the Billing tab.
How fast is support?
Our dedicated support team is available for all users. We guarantee a response within 24 hours for any technical or billing inquiries.
Is the storage GDPR compliant?
Identity protection is automated. Faces are detected and blurred locally in the browser before upload. We do NOT blur room documents as they are often critical for evidence analysis. All data is encrypted and hosted on high-security Swiss servers.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. AuditStay is a month-to-month service. You can downgrade or cancel at any time through your dashboard economics panel.

A simple room scan with basic inventory might use fewer credits than a high-detail forensic comparison involving multiple angles and custom instructions.
